The snake is one of the earliest totems in ancient Chinese tradition, symbolising wisdom, divinity and sovereignty. This revered creature also holds significant cultural importance in ancient civilisations such as Egypt and India. To honour this powerful symbol, we are thrilled to host a special workshop that delves into the rich cultural history of the Chinese New Year.

Join us for an immersive experience, hosted by Loni from Sequoia Yoga, that includes a visualisation ceremony, a snake-themed all-levels yoga class and a relaxing savasana in the serene Tunsgate Quarter. This unique event is designed to help you connect with the transformative energy of the snake, welcoming new beginnings and prosperity while releasing anything that has been holding you back.

After the yoga session, you will be treated to a vibrant Lion Dance Troupe display, followed by a delightful meal at The Ivy Asia. The set menu, available from 11:30 to 13:30, offers both vegan and vegetarian options, ensuring a delicious and inclusive dining experience. A refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail will be served upon arrival to kick off the festivities.
