You will get to hear about the history of tea’s origins, taste through three artisanal teas brewed gongfu-style, and experience the beauty of each in your cup.
Of the six major categories of tea, oolongs are arguably the most diverse. Oolong teas span a wide range when it comes to cultivars, oxidation, roast, and even age.
