Join me for a Lunar new year experience at My Vinyasa Practice ( Highland Location ) We will be in the smaller studio space.

You are invited to transport into a world of relaxation and renew.

Immerse yourself into a relaxing slow flow yoga to support you in feeling grounded, calm and serene. After we have moved the body allow yourself to relax into rejuvenating soundbath experience.

2025 is the year of the Wood Snake . It's energy is said to be creative, adaptable, elegant, calm and wise.

Parking is free on the side streets and there are additional parking garages nearby, please plan to arrive early to assure ease of parking.

Meet your facilitater : Darlene has taught and facilitated multiple yoga, breath work and sound healing experiences for retreats medicine journeys, festivals, private groups and 1:1 sessions. She specializes in tuning fork therapy and sound bowl healing, accompanied with yoga breath work and tapping and has her 200 YTT in Hatha and Vinyasa.

Darlene is inspired to bring healing to those who are ready to dive deep into their unique journey. She loves creating, a space to feel calm , rejuvenated & suppported.
