🐴 Lunar New Year Festival 2026 Year of the Horse 🐴Georges River Council is bringing back Sydney’s biggest Council-led Lunar New Year celebration and 2026 marks the 23rd year of this much-loved festival in our community.
Lunar New Year is celebrated across many East and Southeast Asian cultures, symbolising fresh beginnings, family reunions, and welcoming prosperity and good fortune.
This year, we’re coming together to celebrate the Year of the Horse, a season of renewal, energy, and hope!
