Come and join us as we celebrate the Year of the Horse during this Lunar New Year!In 2026, we will be celebrating the Year of the Horse at Frankston City Libraries. As part of the celebration, enjoy a traditional Lion Dance and face-changing (Bian Lian) performance.
The Lion Dance is performed as part of Lunar New Year festivities to bring good luck and fortune for the new year ahead.
There is no need to book, just come along and join in the festivities in the Library Forecourt!
