Explore Lunar New Year traditions with hands-on activities in our Art Studio! Create vibrant snake-themed red envelopes and bookmarks, symbols of good fortune and prosperity, and take a photo in front of our festive backdrop.
Don’t miss the dragon dance performed by our friends from the Chinese Culture Club and the APAPA Eastern Iowa Chapter at 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30 pm—a celebration highlight that brings luck and energy to the New Year!

Mark the closing of the Lunar New Year season with an enchanting Lantern Festival activity. Children can craft their own colorful lanterns in our Art Studio, a tradition symbolizing reunion and hope.
