The Dojo of the Sun & Moon is pleased to announce our upcoming Lunar New Year Celebration 2026: “Running with the Fire Horse.” The celebration will take place again at the Mycelium Gallery. Last year’s Lunar New Year Celebration was a great success. We look forward to this one!
Join the Dojo of the Sun & Moon on Sunday, February 22, 2026, for a special Lunar New Year Chi Kung Class from 11-1PM to bring in, connect with and cultivate the energy and awareness of “The Year of the Fire Horse” for our personal growth and the benefit of all.

• Vison Boards for the New Year
We will open with a discussion led by Grayson Trice, sifu, on what the Lunar New Year is, what the Year of the Fire Horse represents and how we can work with that energy during the upcoming year. This discussion will include insight into the significance of the elemental cycle of the “Year of the Horse 2026.”
Grayson will then lead a Chi Kung set specifically curated to enable participants to work in harmony with the energies arising with the Lunar New Year.
Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese healing art involving meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises. The benefits of Chi Kung practice include tranquility of mind and spirit, improved performance in intellectual and creative endeavors, and better overall health and well-being.
This year’s chi kung practice set will be a combination of moving and seated meditation with nei kung exercises (“inner work”) and visualization designed to align us and flow with the energy of the upcoming year. The exercises presented are suitable for beginner and experienced Chi Kung practitioners alike.
We will be meditating on and embodying creativity to honor the Lunar New by creating vision boards. Create your own unique collage to take home with you to commemorate the experience and manifest your intentions for 2026, the Year of the Fire Horse.

Grayson Trice, sifu, of the Dojo of the Sun & Moon, brings decades of experience in martial arts, energy work/healing, Reiki, Esoterics and Chi Kung to guide you on this transformative journey.
This event will be held at the Mycelium Gallery located at 2816 N Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73107
The Mycelium Gallery is an Artist Collective, currently consisting of 30+ artists. They are an inclusive and diverse immersive art gallery, providing a safe haven for many artists to come together, show their work, and become a part of the local art community.
Light snacks will be provided, and non alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Please bring a yoga mat if possible. Meditation cushion (aka “Zafu”), optional.
