What to Expect
This is a guided, beginner-friendly evening that weaves together:
- Opening circle + grounding (arrive as you are)
- Ceremonial cacao to open the heart and connect inward
- Intuitive somatic dance journey to release what you’re done carrying and embody what you’re calling in
- Intention setting + “seed planting” ritual (Year 1 energy = beginnings, initiation, momentum)
- Embodiment practice for your 2026 goals (how your desires feel in the body, not just on a vision board)
- Women’s circle sharing for reflection, support, and sisterhood accountability
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your body, your path, and the women walking beside you.

Ariana “Ari” Rodriguez is the founder of Studio Liber8, an urban retreat space in Montréal for somatic release, intuitive movement, and conscious community. With a background in clinical nutrition, trauma-informed somatic practice, psychology, and holistic wellness, Ari blends science and soul to help women move out of overthinking and into embodiment—where clarity, confidence, and self-trust become lived experiences. Her work is devoted to creating spaces that feel safe, alive, and real: where you can soften, express, and come home to yourself.
