This is a non-denominational workshop series that welcomes participants of all faiths to remember our connection to nature, and re-align our mind, body, and spirit with more intention and awareness.
Workshops will include a variety of modalities for restoration and reflection such as guided meditation, journaling, yoga nidra, pranayama, restorative yoga sound bath, optional reiki, and community sharing circle.
