Join us for Lunar Healing!
Under the light of the Full Moon in Leo, we gather to soften, restore, and reconnect with the heart.
Leo energy invites us back into joy, creative expression, confidence, and self-love. This two-hour restorative yoga and sound healing experience is an opportunity to release what dims your light and gently call your energy back home.
You’ll be guided through deeply supported restorative postures designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart space, and invite rest at a cellular level. A prolonged sound healing will follow, using vibration and frequency to help clear energetic stagnation and support emotional release.
This is a space to rest boldly, receive fully, and remember your innate radiance—without effort, performance, or expectation.
