This unique class series meets twice a month during the new moon and full moon phases. This special class combines the wisdom of astrology with the calming practice of yoga to help you navigate the emotional and energetic shifts that occur with the changing moon cycles.
What to Expect:
Astrological Insights: Each session begins with a discussion on the current astrological influences, focusing on the new moon and full moon energies. Learn how these lunar phases impact your emotions, relationships, and personal growth.
Yoga Practice: Following our astrological overview, we move into a yoga practice designed to align with the moon’s energy. We focus on gentle, restorative poses during the new moon to encourage introspection and new beginnings. For the full moon, we incorporate more dynamic flows to release and let go of what no longer serves us.
Emotional Balance: Our class aims to support you in easing emotional changes, and promoting balance and inner peace through mindful movement and breathwork.
