Her goal is to guide women toward cultivating a profound sense of intuitive awareness, enabling them to develop an understanding of their own bodies. Through compassionate care and evidence-based practice, Lindsey empowers women to confidently take control of their reproductive health journey.

🌸 Alyona Volkova is a certified yoga instructor, breath-work and meditation facilitator dedicated to helping women tap into their inner strength and balance.
