This evening will be dedicated to creating energetic space through gentle movement and breath work, allowing you to tune into what is emerging within you. We will explore moon rituals and meditation as opportunities for reflection and connection with your inner wisdom. The ceremony will be enhanced by sound healing, which will help clear blockages, balance your energy flow, and connect you with your body's natural wisdom.
