Lunar Flow & Sound Immersion
Welcome in the Lunar New Year with a relaxed body and refreshed mind. Ready, open and centered.
Join Katya Seymour for a journey through breathwork, soothing somatic movement and sound meditation.
You will be led through 45 minutes of connected breath and flow followed by 45 minutes of relaxing sound using singing bowls, chimes, gongs and vocal toning.
All are welcome, no previous yoga experience required. Dress in layers for comfort.
Bring blankets and pillow.
