***Arrive approx. 10 minutes early to check in. Studio has limited yoga mats and bolsters, please BYO yoga mat, blanket, and pillow or what ever helps you get comfortable on the floor so you can relax into the experience.

Immerse in the Experience:
Join us this eclipse season as we close a chapter and make space for the new!
This Sound Journey is designed to bring us back into a blissful, relaxed and balanced state of mind and being, so that we can approach life from a place of harmony and equilibrium.
The journey will start with a pranayama, focusing on the breath to draw us into the present moment.
Followed by a chant to quiet the mind, and a guided meditation to melt you into the experience.
From there we’ll immerse in the vibrations of a sound bath, creating inner space for deep relaxation, which will aid in the release of tension, stress, and stagnant or trapped energy.
From within this state of being the mind, body and spirit are able to soothe, re-calibrate and restore, while the central nervous system begins its process of repairing.

Eclipse seasons are a time of transformation, change and rebirth!
A full moon eclipse offers the opportunity to close chapters so that we may create space for our potential to flourish, and for the dreams of our hearts to manifest.
The Virgo Archetype is the Medicine Woman, she gifts us with the wisdom of her deep understanding of the natural rhythms of the earth, and the healing properties of nature, the plant, and the mineral kingdoms, so we may use these resources to bring healing to our bodies and minds.
At this full moon the Medicine Woman swoops in with her sharp mind and deep wisdom to help us purge, cleanse and purify our minds, bodies and environment, so that we may make space for our harvest of dreams to come alive.

Reiki Offering: Participants will be offered the gentle loving energy of Reiki in our Sound Experience. Reiki is the energy of unconditional love, and when tuned into and directed by a practitioner it can support with health, harmony and healing on a mental, emotional, physical and energetic level.

VENUE AND LOGISTICAL INFORMATION:
Start time | Lock out: We understand that stuff happens, and that we are all late sometimes, but due to the nature of these event, it's important that guests arrive on time. Late arrival can be distracting to the other participants, so latest entry will be 10min after start time. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and hope that you understand. On that note, come a little early, grab a cup of tea, smile at a stranger, and settle into your spot ;).
What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket and pillow, and water bottle.
In preparation: We recommend that you avoid stimulants such as coffee for up to 3 hours before the event so that your nervous system can be relaxed and receive the full benefits of the sound.
Parking and Transportation: Parking is available on the street, at Woolworths carpark nearby and at the nearest train station. As street parking can be limited, we advise to please allocate extra time for traveling, finding parking and arriving to the venue on time.
Accessibility: The venue is not wheelchair accessible as it is located up a flight of stairs.
Minimum Age: This session is for ages from 12 +
Photography: There may be photography and/or video recordings for promotional purposes at this event. If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, please let the event organisers know at check in.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided for cancellations before 7 days of the event. Event transfers are available up until 24 hours before the event starts. About Your Facilitator:
Dorothea Lucaci is a sound practitioner, meditation teacher and musician.
Along her educational journey she became a Sound Therapist, Reiki Master, Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner, and Astrologer, who also holds a Bachelor of Social Science and Psychology. In addition to these disciplines Dorothea has studied Integrative Hypnosis, Life Coaching, Past Life Regression, Access Bars, and other complementary Energy Medicine modalities. All of which she brings to her facilitator practice with the intention of offering support to people traveling along their transformational journey.
She has spent the past 9 years offering Sound Healing, Mantra and Meditation experiences, and Past Life Regression Workshops.
