Lunar AcroYoga is the gentle, therapeutic aspect of AcroYoga. In this workshop we will explore the roles of base, flyer and spotter in a safe and fun environment. We will drop into feeling, lift each other up and investigate the potential of gravity in the healing arts. This AcroYoga workshop is for complete beginners. Please note that this workshop is not suitable for children.
