About this Event
Gather in a space where you can soften, be held, express, explore, and tend to the parts of yourself that are yearning for reconnection. To yourself, to others, to the essence of life.
The Luna Moss Women's Circle is a monthly gathering in our peaceful garden sanctuary. A supportive, brave and non-judgmental space for women to collectively sit together, breathe deeply, speak openly and feel held.
The format is simple. Here we gather together to share our authentic selves, hear the stories of others, and experience the medicine of togetherness without striving for an outcome. We look to the work of mother earth, draw on lunar wisdom and nurture our own rhythms through meditation, poetry, breath practice, collaboration and being.
You will be welcomed with warm herbal tea and healthy snacks, before being gently guided through a grounding meditation to help you settle and land into the space, and tap into your wisdom and truth.
Once our circle is open, everyone in turn will be given the opportunity to give voice to anything they are called to and be held in the way they need.
We will then close our circle with a meditation to help everything that has come up to distill.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The circle will run for approximately 1.5-2 hours depending on group size and the topics being discussed. This is not something we can rush.
- Everything discussed and shared in circle is confidential. What happens in circle stays in circle.
- Everything in circle is an invitation but not an obligation. You are not required to share, you will still be held and welcomed into the space. Your presence is enough.
- You do not need to bring anything. Everything you will need is provided. Just bring your honest, authentic self.
- This event is designed to support learning, connection, reflection, and personal growth, and is not intended to replace, imitate or offer medical care, group coaching, psychotherapy, diagnosis, advice or treatment. This is a co-created experience where each participant is invited to bring their rich uniqueness.
- Particular outcomes or expectations cannot be guaranteed. This circle will feel different to all who attend. What I can guarantee is a space delivered with reverence, presence and generosity of spirit.
- On street parking is available nearby.
- When you arrive please follow the sign to the garden gate on the right hand side of the house. Ring the doorbell on the garden gate and I will come and greet you.
- Please arrive between 5:45-5:55pm. Latecomers may not be admitted.
