Join us for a nurturing and empowering Mama and Baby full Moon Circle, each month mamas and their little ones come together to celebrate the lunar cycle and deepen the bond between mother and child. Our circle provides a sacred space for mamas to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences and support each other on their parenting journey. Together we honour the natural rhythms of the moon and explore its significance in our lives as mamas.
During our gatherings mamas engage in a sacred cacao ceremony, guided visualisation (using sound), gentle movement (suitable for post part bodies) as well as reflective sharing exercises and journaling. Cultivating self awareness and mindfulness. Babies are warmly welcomed and special activities are incorporated to engage their senses. We encourage mamas to baby wear during session, this is a beautiful way to connect and bond with your little one.
Our Luna Love community offers a nurturing environment for mamas to recharge, gain perspective and feel empowered on their parenting journey.
