A full hour of movement designed for beginners of all levels. You’ll learn simple, confidence-boosting choreography, move to empowering music, and leave feeling taller, stronger, and energized. This is as much a sensual, confidence-building experience as it is a great workout.
👠 Heels Optional
Heels are fun, but not required! Move in whatever feels comfortable—flats, socks, sneakers, or barefoot. The focus is on feeling confident, having fun, and enjoying yourself.
