Excited to announce that we’ll be holding ✨️ Luminous Flow ✨️ our signature candlelit warm + gentle yoga & mini sound journey every Tuesday night! We have been loving giving us all this opportunity to deeply reset our nervous systems — and we decider we just need to do it more often. These classes have been so special and MUCH needed!
