Luminary Making with Skagit Land Trust and WA Native Plant Society's Salal Chapter
During this dark time of the year, create some light and community together by making nature luminaries. Join us from 4pm - 7pm on Thursday, January 23rd at the Mt. Vernon Senior Center, 1401 Cleveland Ave, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.
Our simple luminaries can be made in 2-3 hours and will be ready to take home with you to light up your space. You can also bring them with you to participate in Mt. Vernon's Illuminight Winter Walk on the 31st! Registration required. We are charging a small fee of $15 to help cover our costs.
