Lululemon X Nu Fitness Sunday Class Aligned & Empowered Vinyasa Flow

Join us for an alignment-based hatha vinyasa that involves a blend of dynamism and stillness evocative of our experience. Suitable for all levels, Jetta's classes are woven with the wisdom of modern and ancient yoga philosophy, as well as her Thai Yoga Massage practice and Shamanic Studies background. She loves to involve elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, breathwork, and hands-on assists for a full bodied yoga experience.

There will be a 30-minute private (doors closed) shopping and mingling for participants after the class before the store opens for the public.
