We are back for another monthly collaboration with SPINCO! As always new runners or spinners are always welcome!This event will kick off with a 50 minute spin class starting at 9AM followed by our 5km weekly loop at 10AM. We will plan to meet inside SPINCO prior to the run for those choosing to only join for the run portion.
