lululemon run club SG : Community Shakeout Run - MBS (30 November 2025)

Join us for a fun, supportive, and energizing morning at our weekly run!

Designed for all levels of runners, this community session kicks off with intention-setting and warm-up drills specifically designed by ProAthletics Run Coach, followed by a 40-minute shake out group run paced by lululemon Run Club pacers.

ProAthletics’ run coach will also share practical tips on tuning your mindset for long runs and workouts, so you’re not just physically prepared, but mentally ready too. After that, we’ll wind down with a guided meditation and journalling prompts to close out lululemon run club for the year!

Whether you're new to running or chasing PBs, there’s a pace group for you. Pace groups range from 5min to 8min to a walking group to support everyone's progress. End the session with a cooldown, and stick around to connect with like-minded runners. See you there!
