TURN UP is a dance fitness format that delivers energetic HIIT & cardio training through combining dance with traditional fitness movement. Kiana is a Minnesota native, who loves building community through dance fitness. She has been teaching Turn Up dance fitness for 2 years and truly believes it is the best format of dance fitness there is! It’s so fun and inclusive and she can’t wait to share it with anyone who is willing to give it a try. You will be hooked! In her free time, you can find her hitting the gym or trying a new restaurant.
