lululemon Long Beach X Happy Out Run Club

What: Community Sweats are 1-hour complimentary workouts hosted in our store or on our community space (lawn next to the store). Classes will be led by local ambassadors and instructors who are certified and excited to guide you through a sweat session.

For this Community Sweat we will be hosting Long Beach's own Happy Out Run Club! Run in community with head trainer Alex, from Orange Theory Long Beach. Alex will guide runners through a banded strength warm up before taking off for a 3 or 5 mile out and back run.

Cost: Running with Happy Out is free with eventbrite sign-up (must be signed up here).

When: Banded warm up will start promptly at 8:30AM so please arrive early to find parking and walk to our store. We recommend parking on E. Marina Drive across from Barry's or utilizing the 2 hour parking spaces surrounding the mall. We do not validate mall structure parking but your first 90 minutes are free.

What to bring: Please bring comfortable running shoes and water. You may bring your own towel to dry off. We will hold personal items in the store in a community bin.

Post class: You are welcome to mingle, hydrate, and hang out after the run is over. Our Spot Coffee, located inside Nobel Bird, will give all attendees 20% off.
