Lucy London is a Minneapolis-based singer and touring musician originally from Petaluma, California. A folk singer and storyteller at heart, she blends techniques from opera, yodeling, throat singing, and beatboxing to create performances that are both striking and playfully unconventional. In 2025, she co-composed Fox and Beggar Theatre Company’s touring puppet operetta Tigre, Tigre!, singing the role of the principal character, Z. That same year she wrote and toured Grasping at Straws, an hour-long musical solo performance exploring her evolving relationship to activism during the Great Turning. She has shared stages with artists including Dale Watson and Dean E. Patrick Johnson.
Lucy released two records in 2025: Pinto Pals: Yodeling Songbirds, an album with her yodeling duo The Pinto Pals, and Sweetheart, I’m Here, an EP of original music created with Jackie Rae Daniels and Mikey Marget.
