This whole workshop will be led by Lucy so you do not need to have an established Ashtanga self practice however a min of 6 months experience of Ashtanga yoga is recommended to get the most out of the sessions.Lucy returns following her April workshop to lead us further into exploration of the Ashtanga practice. This time there will be additional information on the ribcage and its integration with the shoulder girdle.
