Lucy Cooper — author, publisher, wilderness rites-of-passage guide, and co-founder of Cista Mystica Press — has spent her life weaving myth, magic, and the ecology of place. With an MA in Myth & Ecology, and years digging in to landscape, lore and story, she asks how pilgrimage can rekindle our relationship with the land in a time of disconnection.

In the wake of a 350-mile walking pilgrimage along the Michael Mary Way, Lucy explores the ancient practice of walking with intention – an invitation to step off the modern map and reawaken to the mysteries beneath our feet.
