Lucky Stiff is a comedy musical about a down-on-his-luck shoe salesman named Harry Witherspoon, who unexpectedly inherits a fortune from his uncle. However, to claim the money, Harry must fulfill a bizarre stipulation: he must take his uncle's embalmed body on a weeklong trip to Monte Carlo. Along the way, Harry is pursued by a series of quirky characters, all trying to steal the inheritance for themselves.
