Do you think you and your team has what it takes to compete in this scavenger hunt? Are you resourceful? Do you know your way around Belfast? Do you enjoy puzzles and games? Do you enjoy dressing in costumes? If you think you’re up for the challenge, join Belfast Parks and Recreation for this timed scavenger hunt!This is a team event, so gather your fellow Leprechauns! Participants should be 12 yrs. and over for this multi-hour challenge! Your team will be using clues to find various locations around the City, and then solving puzzles at each stop, which will ultimately lead you to the Pot O’ Gold!
There are two time bonuses available! 1) Your team will receive a time bonus if your team name is catchy and Leprechaun-ish (no off-color names, please)! 2) If your team shows up dressed in various items of clothing in green and gold, your team will receive an additional time bonus. All green and gold must be visible, and the entire team needs to have green/gold on to get the time bonus.
What’s needed? A smart phone, a vehicle, someone who knows their way around town, and someone who good at finding clues and solving puzzles.
Teams will have 3 hrs. to complete this challenge; prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! All game rules will be explained during the check-in process on the day of the event; teams must check-in between 12:30-12:45 PM at the Gazebo at Steamboat Landing Park. Team starts will be based on bonus time earned!
