It’s that time again! Downtown Valdese will soon be sprinkled with tiny green leprechauns and the sidewalks will be flooded with children searching high and low, hoping to be lucky enough to spot one! And NEW this year...St. Paddy’s Day Ducks will join the event! Farris Insurance Agency will be hiding 75 green ducks in addition to the 250 hidden leprechauns! If you find a lucky duck, bring it to Farris for a pot of gold and take a photo with Lucky Leprechaun himself! Leprechauns can be turned in for a prize at the Old Rock School! The Lucky Leprechaun/Duck Hunt will take place Friday, March 14th from 8-5:00 P.M. in along Main Street Valdese (Carolina St to the Old Rock School). Remember, leprechauns can be turned in for a prize at the Old Rock School, while ducks can be turned in at Farris Insurance. Leave no stone unturned…but remember, please limit ONE leprechaun or duck per CHILD! We want everyone to have a chance at some St Patrick’s Day fun!
