Lucinda's- Triple Crown Challenge (2 days 3 peaks Guided hike)Bragg Creek

Are you ready for this? Its a weekend challenge. Hiking Guide Lucinda Watkins version of a triple crown. Your certified guide takes care of all the details.

3 peaks in 2 days! Be ready for LONG days and a challenge! This challenge is for Intermediate hikers. ( You can do this without hiking experience but you must be fit) Those that complete the challenge will win a Triple crown Finisher patch! Accommodations not included. You will need to arrange a place to stay in or near Bragg Creek

Here is the plan: (Subject to change due to trail closures/ safety)

7:30am Meeting at the Elbow falls day use- Prairie Mountain and down the backside to Prairie creek Approx 10.9 and 778m of elevation gain.- Connecting with Powderface via White Budda Approx 5km with 300m of elevation. (This one is short but steep)

8 am Sunday- Meeting Saturday Little Elbow day use (Right off Highway 66) We will be hiking Nahahi Ridge approx 10km and 571m of elevation. No scramble or rock climbing. We will be going to the Saddle View point, not the true summit.

Celebration and prizes awarded after.

This will be a challenge and you need to be ready for these climbs! Training should start early! I plan this well in advance so you have a chance to train. It is STRONGLY recommended that you complete an intermediate hike BEFORE this challenge.

Included is 2 certified guides, all details, gear list, and a Bragging rights Patch awarded on Sunday when completed.

This is not a backpacking trip, you will need to arrange accommodations. (Bragg creek have air bnb's or Cochrane is fairly close)

Please note that you must have sturdy footwear and we recommend dressing in layers to adapt to constant weather changes;! A full gear list will be supplied to all hikers 7-10 days prior to the event. Please be sure to provide a email address and correct phone number so I can stay in touch.

Refund Policy: Refunds or exchanges for hikes will only be issued if requested up to 30 days prior to the purchased hike date. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if requested after this timeframe.

Emergency Policy: It is our policy to have emergency and medical information on each hiker that is logged with a check in person . Each hiker must ensure that all their medical information and emergency contact information is correct and up to date for each hike.

General Information For All Events: You will be with a certified guide. All parks regulations will be followed including leave no trace principals. Trails are subject to change, if closed. Your guide has done the trail before and knows the way
