Back Bay restaurant LUCIE drink + dine welcomes Hell's Kitchen Season 21 Winner, Chef Alex Belew, for a pop-up dinner on Monday, February 26th. In partnership with The Colonnade Hotel's Director of Food & Beverage, Nicholas Calias, Chef Belew will present six globally-inspired courses with wine pairings. Menu highlights will include Shrimp Toast with milk bread, gochuchang, trout roe and chives; Olive Oil Poached Sea Bass with chorizo hazelnut crumble and carrot ginger sauce; Honey Glazed Duck with charred onion, cherry gel and roasted turnip; and NY Strip with urfa vinaigrette, pommed souffle, mushrooms, and charred broccolini. Menu is subject to change based on availability. Tickets include dinner and thoughtful wine pairings from LUCIE's beverage list. Additional drinks will be available a la carte.
