Join us for a transformative evening of self-led dance and expression!Lucid Movement is a free-form ecstatic dance class where you can explore, connect, and express yourself in a welcoming, safe space. With a quality sound system, I’ll guide you through a musical journey—moving from soothing ambient sounds to deep house, minimal techno, and experimental beats. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to physically move through what’s present in our lives, be uplifted through movement, and support each other’s holistic well-being through physical expression. Whether you're here to dance for yourself or connect with others, this is a place to be part of a safe, supportive community of dancers and movers.

From 8th April – weekly at Avalon Club, High Street, Glastonbury

With over 11 years of DJ experience, I’ll be curating the beats, but the dance is all yours! Expect a dynamic, evolving sound journey, from ambient tranquillity to uplifting bass and back again, as we move through connection, freedom, and self-expression.
