Lubbock Animal Services is giving away 150 vouchers for a free spay/neuter for either a dog or cat at Live Oak Animal Hospital South. Only one voucher per household, all animals must have proof of an up-to-date rabies vaccine, animals must be present at the time of the voucher giveaway, animals must be microchipped or get a microchip free of cost from LAS at the time of receiving the voucher, and you must bring proof of residency for City of Lubbock.
