LTUX Monthly: Designing for Trust

In this LTUX Monthly event, we’ll explore how trust is shaped, challenged, and designed for across very different contexts. From scaling digital travel experiences across cultures to building safe and meaningful products for kids and families, our speakers will share how research, strategy, and design come together to create experiences that people can truly rely on.

Ayla Kekhia will explore how trust shapes global travel experiences through her work on Trip.com. She shares how research insights can be translated into creative direction, and how digital products can be designed to flex across very different cultural expectations - from Shanghai to Berlin - while still feeling human and intuitive.

Lea Magnano will look at how trust is being redefined in kids and family products. Through trends and real-world examples, she unpacks how children and parents perceive safety, wellbeing, and transparency, and what this means for designing digital experiences that feel both responsible and engaging.
