How to RSVP:
Click "Interested" for the event, then "Going" for the respective dates. It may be in the form of the drop down menu.
IMPORTANT:
- "Interested" response will not be considered a valid RSVP.
- We will post the participants list a couple of days prior to the session. Please check if your name is on the list.
- If your name is not on the list, do not fret, we do have a waitlist. IF someone cancels their attendance, you MAY end up on the list. Please check in with us. We will try to respond to you in a timely manner.
- Any cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the session. Failure to do so WILL have an effect on your future RSVP. The decision will be at the discretion of the committee and we understand that there may be unavoidable circumstances preventing you from attending. We are human with feelings and will try to understand individual circumstances, but please DO NOT abuse the system.
- A blacklist will be in full effect this season which will see soft and/or permanent ban be used at the FULL DISCRETION of the committee.
- We try to cater for everyone but for the purpose of having the best session possible, we reserve the right to refuse participation for walk-ins and late RSVP-ers.
