Our meeting for February will be at Tandy in Southpark Meadows at noon on Feb 1. Will will be making a mystery braid (the easy part) and learning how to braid it (the hard part).Supplies:
- Leather (supplied)
- snap (line 20) and setter
- measuring tool (ruler, square, etc.)
- wing divider (optional)
- pen or pencil
- sharp cutting tool (scissors, utility knife, etc)
- hole punch
- edging supplies (optional)
- corner punch and mallet (optional)
For our trading cards, the suggested theme this month is Valentine's, If you wish to participate, bring a trading card approx. 2.5" x 3.5" that you have created to trade with other members.
Our optional home project is to make something using a cabochon.
Also, for those wishing to become or remain members, it's always a good time to pay dues. If you're a first time member, your first month is free. If you decide to continue with us, it's a prorated fee - $2/month through December. Otherwise, it's $24 for the year or $45 for the family rate.
