This stationary training ride is in partnership with the MUSC Wellness Center and happens every Thursday evening. The training ride is offered at no cost to all Wellness Center members. For those who are not Wellness Center members, please use the ticket link to get your first class for free. Any future classes will be available at the discounted rate of $15.The Wellness Center's Brooke O'Neill will focus on helping LOWVELO participants unlock your “inner athlete” and remind you it’s a privilege to move your bodies. Brooke promises you will leave her class feeling stronger than you did upon entering and will have additional gratitude for the things your body can do.
