Charles Tucker and the Tishomingo Avengers, music by the McCoy Sisters and Rob Millette, a special keynote speaker, Bagpipes by Zoe Brumfield, cannon salute by 3rd Company Washington Artillery, wreath laying by the Maria Miller Gammage Lowry OCR Chapter and other OCR Chapters.
