The Stanislaus Latino Chamber of Commerce is proud to present this free movie in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month and the first annual History of Lowriding Holiday Festival. Lowriding is a meaningful part of our cultural history and, through this film, we aim to honor and share its significance with the community. “We are a Chamber for Everyone.”A young street artist in East Los Angeles is caught between his father’s obsession with lowrider car culture, his ex-felon brother and his need for self-expression.
