The Rogues Shanty Chorus proudly returns to the Seagull Theatre, after twelve consecutive sell-out performances, with their show ʻLowestoft Fishermen ‒ Tales Of Heroism'.This immersive theatre production weaves together sea shanties, songs, and storytelling to bring to life the incredible bravery, valour, and courage of Lowestoft sailors across the centuries. The show focuses on the vital role of fishermen during both World Wars and highlights the extraordinary rescues and daring launches by RNLI Lowestoft.
The choir will deliver their trademark mix of lively, rowdy sea shanties and evocative tales, blending the atmosphere of a traditional pub sing-along with their unique, irresistible charm and humour. Audience participation is warmly encouraged, so come ready to sing along!
