Designed for people who have, or bake for, people with gluten sensitivity/intolerance. We'll make & explore Gluten free bread recipes as well as an all spelt loaf (for this reason, this session is not suitable for coeliacs or those with extreme sensitivity)
All ingredients & lots of help provided. Dairy Free or Vegan can be catered for. Disabled access and facilities available. Suitable for all ages & abilities, Under 12's require adult supervision.
