Planned for JFK Plaza next to City Hall in downtown Lowell, it will bring together regional vendors selling unique goods, entertainment by local performers, hot chocolate, cozy lighting, and more. It will be the place not just for gifts, but for sharing holiday spirit, bringing celebratory light to the shortest days of the year.
The market is planned for the same weekend as City of Lights, so get ready!
