This workshop will be exploring a variety of pole shapes and moves which are either close to or on the floor. They are great fun and you'll learn lots of new tricks.You do not need to be an experienced poler to attend this workshop but it would help if you've had at least 4 classes before attending, as you will be expected to know how to grip your body onto the pole. This is a studio workshop and normal pole clothing will need to be worn. Please make sure you bring a drink with you.
The workshop will run on Friday 24th May at 7pm and Sunday 26th May at 10.30am. Each session will last for 90 minutes and there will be 4 people in each workshop. You do not need to attend both workshops. Head to the website to book your place. Please read the booking T&C's when booking.
