9:30am to 5:00pm
This course is designed to introduce the intermediate shooter to low light / no light defensive carbine/rifle work. Low light/no light, movement, and decision making work will be included in this class.
PREREQUISITE:
All students must understand and be able to successfully maintain all shooting safety fundamentals. Students should be familiar with the working operations of their carbine/rifle.
CLASS STARTS AT 9:30AM - PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR SET UP AND SAFETY BRIEFING.

- Engaging multiple targets

- Reloading techniques and malfunction clearance drills
- Search & scan / situational awareness
- Cover & concealment
- Various shooting positions
- Low Light / No Light engagements
EQUIPMENT LIST:
-Quality functional long gun/carbine (AR-15 / M4 / AK-47 style) WITH ONE OR TWO POINT SLING and QUALITY Weapon Mounted Light (Surefire, Modlite, Cloud Defense, Streamlight)
- Minimum of 500 rounds of brass cased rifle ammunition (no steel cased ammunition)
- Minimum 4 magazines minimum for your carbine or rifle.
-Magazine pouches / magazine carrier, etc.
-Ammunition dump pouch (optional)
-Sturdy belt at least 1.5” wide
-Footwear suitable for rapid movement and turning with good ankle support.
-Clothing suitable for training in any weather – long pants – long sleeve shirt, hoodie or jacket for cold weather.
-Wraparound eyewear, polycarbonate lenses or non-shattering prescription glasses
-Earmuffs and earplugs
-Knee pads recommended
-notepad and pen for taking notes
-A humble, willing to learn attitude, leave the ego at home!

This course is limited to 10 students only. First 10 to buy tickets will attend.
Students are encouraged to bring their own lunch and beverages.

If you have to cancel attending a course you are registered for you may opt to transfer to another course that has openings within the calendar year provided you give 7 days notice of the cancellation.

No-Call/No-Show: Participants who do not show to the event without prior 7 days notice forfeit their deposit.
