What should I bring to apply?
The application provides the information needed to determine eligibility for your household. Answer all the questions on the application to the best of your ability.
Please also provide copies of the following information:
• Proof of income (earned and unearned) for anyone living in the residence. Common examples are recent pay stubs, a "proof of income letter" or "benefit letter."
• Copy of all fuel bills (gas, electric, propane, etc.) or account numbers. Scanning and printing will be available at this event if you have the information on your smartphone app or in your email. • If you have a shutoff notice or past-due bill, please bring it.
• Proof of child support payments received or the court order.
• If in subsidized housing, or if your heating costs are included in your monthly rent, provide a copy of your rental agreement.
