Low impact netball is for people 16 and above.You can't jump and you can't run.
It is a fun social way to still play netball or learn to play for all abilities.
Individuals or groups of friends are welcome.
You get to play what ever position you wish to have a go at.
The work out you get from this game is up to you - if you want a good workout you do more, if you want to take it easy you do less.
This is a fun way to get active with a group of like minded people.
Musts are - drink bottle, cool clothing as it does get warm, appropriate footwear, and $5 to help cover court costs.
