Do not be fooled by the name.
Low Impact Netball can give you the workout you want. Do more to get more, do less to get less.
No jumping or running.
There is a centre pass at the start of each quarter; then the ball is thrown in from the goal line after a goal is scored.
You get to have a go at whatever position you choose.
It is all about having a go alongside those that already know.
We self-umpire and keep one another in check in a fun and inclusive way.
This game is for people over the age of 18, all genders, all abilities.
$6.50 towards court hire. Drink bottles are a must as are cool, comfortable clothing at this time of the year.
